For example, an online software services startup is typically less capital intensive than infrastructure investments; it can thus take longer to assemble a properly focused team of executives and genius developers, than to find adequate investors. In such a case, InSeed may charge back a services fee in return for providing interim executives, that may later be moved up into the startup's Investor Board or Advisory Board.
