Typically, InSeed invests at the strategy and business plan creation stage, and InSeed usually prioritizes team contributions.
For example, an online software services startup is typically less capital intensive than infrastructure investments; it can thus take longer to assemble a properly focused team of executives and genius developers, than to find adequate investors. In such a case, InSeed may charge back a services fee in return for providing interim executives, that may later be moved up into the startup's Investor Board or Advisory Board.
